In addition to attempting to keep the least disturbance and sight confusion for drivers and users, intangibility of the system from other driver's sight and following beauty principles and vehicle's resistance against sudden shaking and trembling, are considered in designing different parts of the system, particularly those which fixed and installed inside the car.


The interior temperature of a vehicle being under sunlight may increase to more than 80c due to Greenhouse Effect which it may damage electronic devices, cameras and computers.

Hence it is tried to keep the whole interior temperature of the vehicle in a proper range by an appropriate casing and applying various kind of fans.

This task is done through a controlling system which measures the receipt data from installed sensors in different parts of the system.

Power Status

One of the hardware tasks is to manage the way of providing the essential electricity for the system as well as the way of charging available batteries in the system.

Considering that the system is able to work while the vehicle is stationary and in this situation normally both drivers and users prefer to turn the car off, another vehicle battery is considered on the system which is able to provide the required power to the system for 2 hours.

The battery is charged through the following methods:

  1. Recharge through vehicle's dynamo while it is working (it is turned on)
  2. Recharge through an individual charger which is installed inside the system and consumes the normal AC electricity. Another duty of this system is to control the charge flow while it is using the dynamo which prevents any pressure on dynamo or other electrical devices of the vehicle.

In order to protect this system and prevent the potential dangers which may happen in accidents and other occasions, a number of fuses with various limitations are considered along different spots of electrical wires.

Installation on any car

One of its considered principles in design is that in order to install the system on any vehicle, it requires the least changes and adjustment. Some kind of intermediary pieces are considered on each connection spot which we need to only change them for each specific vehicle and it should be noted that these pieces can be produced simply.

Processor installation in the trunk

In order to reduce the noise, heat and other system processor's disturbance for users, so many considerations are taken into account but in addition to them, the processor system, main electronic parts, charging pivots are placed properly inside the vehicle's trunk and that is one of the advantages of this system.

An outlet is considered in the rear panel of the system, which provides 220 v AC electricity for casual usages such as different wireless chargers, mobiles and any other consumptions less than 50 W.


Camera Installation

According to the fact that speedometer cameras should be attached to the vehicle's windshield, lots of attempts are done to reduce the driver's sight disturbance in a way that two principles including intangibility and ergonomics are implemented successfully. The results of some practical tests taken in various weather conditions demonstrate that this cameras installation, the expansion and contraction and the weight on the glasses do not lead to any crack or breakage at all.


Touch LCDs and sunlight screens are installed in a way that they can provide easy accessibility and a proper efficiency for users, as well as the most beautiful and harmony with interior space of the vehicle.

Since the user should be able to work with the monitor in open spaces and any light condition, in addition, to hold top standard specifications for working in tough situations inside the vehicle's room, the selected LCD has very high brightness and contrast as well. Moreover, to facilitate the image observation and recognition in direct sunlight, specific kind of touch IR monitor is selected which include special layering. User satisfaction in different condition is evidence and confirmation of this LCD’s strength.


As mentioned above, in positioning and installing different parts of the system, it is tried to have the least sight from other driver's point of view as well as non-sensibility of cop vehicles as much as possible.


This system includes a GPS which provides the location and speed of any vehicle for the system.

Since this GPS is utilized in high speeds, sudden change of direction and building surrounded streets, different kinds of tunnels and other barriers, it must include specific features. The available 5 Hz GPS with high sensitivity is able to successfully overcome this situation.

Electronic board

In addition to have the responsibility of controlling different parts of the system, switching on and off, charge controlling etc. the electronic board holds some other special responsibilities such as controlling and demonstrating the performance of different parts of the system.

Therefore, the LEDs displaying the performance of various parts of the system which are tested before via electronic board, are exposed to the user. Also, these LCDs are capable of displaying the performance status and the temperature of different parts of the system. It is worth mentioning that, this capability is available for the user even when the system is off and this will increase the capability of troubleshooting and initial defect detecting.

In addition to the above-mentioned features, applying only one BUS wire in order to transform data is another important capability of this system which will facilitate wiring of the system and reduce the probability of failure abundantly.
